AHH true. The closest thing to a full animal transformation there is in SS is i would say Hitsu... he has wing and claws but no full transform

. Same for Renji and his monkey skin cloak. Thats as close as it gets to a transformating Shini.

Regardless im glass we get to see her release but she's been holding out on it for a while... so i hope she doesn't kill him easy because of it.

I would imagine her Bankai being a cocoon that releases a hive of bees that have the same effect as her Shikai. Hopefully, that would mean the other captains that haven't revealed their bankai yet will in the coming chapters.

I hope thats not the case, I want it to be something that makes her ridiculously fast, or invisible, or gives her longer range... so it keeps in line with her assassination theme.

How about the classic shadow clone. Like Tien splitting in 4 to make it harder for Gokuu to fight. Something like that combined with her shikai ability should improve her chances (and we'd get several Soi Fon's which is a good thing if you ask me). She's need more than 3 clones to make the power gap from shikai to bankai big enough though.

I don't think a bee-themed bankai suits Soi-fon; we already seen an almost similar release with privaron espada Cirruci

Isn't her zanpakuto called "Hornet?" Not to mention the release command is something along the lines of "Sting them to death."

Sounds perfectly with the theme to me.
