Ulquiorra's second transformation sucks. If he had lost in his first transformation, he wouldn't look so bad.

I just have to ask this, if these guys can just regenerate their limbs, what use is Orihime to them?

Orihime wasn't needed to be a "medic", her use was for the Hyokagu (or how ever u spell the thing that Urahara created that Aizen stole). And not every arrancar can regenerate. Yammy sowed his arm back on and grimmjaw couldnt do the same cause his severed arm was immediately torched by Tousen's Black, Blind, Bad ass (woop for alliterations ).

Im assuming Espada 5 and above can regenerate or maybe it depends on each espada's resurrecion... whether it hold true we'll have to see, idk. I hope the top 3 can regenerate also. More asskicker would be had

Orihimie was never brought there to heal them and regenerating is different from denying something ever happened.

Im not saying i dont like this chapter. But i think the power structure(levels) fluctuates too suddenly and too dramatically in bleach(just my opinion). One second Ulquiorra is demi-god and Ichigo is human, and the next second Ulquiorra is demi-god while Ichigo ascended to "Omnipotent".

Well,Ulqui already said way back that from a moment to the other Ichigo is trash and then he is even more powerful then he is...
So I guess thats justified...kinda...

I just don't get why Ichigo had to use sonido when his bankai focuses on speed burst of shunpo..

I guess his bankai's not in effect anymore. We're really seing a true Holllow here, no Shinigami whatsoever.

And I want some Chad action. He's been neglected far too many dozen chapters and his Hollow-ish powers development is something to look forward to.

Thats because thats not Ichigo fighting right now Shinigami use Shunpo, arrancar/hollow use Sonido. Last week and this week are clearly pointing out that right now Ichigo isn't in control just for the fact that he is using more and more arrancar/hollow moves plus as much as Ichigo wants to protect his friends this "steps on his head and uses a Cero" is something he would never do if he was in control.
