well bleach is kinda reminding me of how i used to play pokemon. when i played, i had the habit of always focusing too much on powering up just 1 pokemon, and its the same for bleach. ichigo is always so much stronger than the others in his team that it becomes lame that only he can take on certain enemies. whereas in naruto mostly everyone has gotten their chance to really go against a strong opponent. not to mention the fact that once ichigo surpasses someone, he stays ahead, but in other stories the characters are at least more competitive and go neck-and-neck in terms of improvement.
another thing ive had issue with lately is the boring fights...aside from the fact that they all bear a really similar format (such as espada release - big slash - enemy's eyes wide open - lame line delivered by enemy), the fights are just starting to get plain boring. we just get someone going into battle swinging his sword, which either causes a real big slash or is blocked, then maybe a montage of blows, and then just the fighters trying to somewhat outmaneuver the other by attacking from different angles.
thing is, it just gets boring because i really can't see the difference in where the heck they're swinging in from. it also doesn't help that there's not much creativity in attacks. the most we get nowadays is an espada release that does something other than just rain blows on the enemy. granted, some look kinda cool, but the fight still remains kinda boring. whereas in SS i actually liked the fights.
