So you want the kenshin vs shishio effect i see.. Allies (some good and bad) rushing in to beat the big baddy.. or in their case give the hero (ichigo) more time to wake up from his unconscious state by using their puny attacks.

Chad also gets my support (being mexican cant b ent easy in japan) but he needs some help. If his whole body is meant to be covered with some kinda armor in the end then theres no better time than when he's in Hueco Mundo.

Ichigo will bitch out after losing then his hollow will come out, he'll have a wonderful realization that they're symbiotic, blablablablablablabla, Ichigo will get a huge powerup.

All i want by the end of this arc/manga is to see Unohana FIGHT. Let HER kill Ulquiorra.

No it will be business as usual. Several characters get gravely injured while failing to even scratch Ulqiorra and then Unohana comes. Ulqiorra's eyes widen with fear and his entire body is shaking life a fucking leaf on a windy day. He just vanishes.

Unohana then proceeds to heal everyone completely and gives them a power boost in the meantime. And nobody suspects that she is actually Aizen's boss.

He was born in okinawa then moved to mexico, after his parents died he was adopted by his grandfather (who was mexican as well). Chad is a mexican aight. sometimes i wonder who pays attention to what they read.

About Ulquiorra, i´m actually hoping a similar scenario of Shishio´s battles in Samurai X. Renji, Ishida, Rukia and most likely even Grimjaw will either join Ichigo and attack at the same time or battle each of them solo or even switch these possibilities.

Chad will fight, and kick the living shit out of Yammi.

Ichigo is going to learn a new move with his bankai that'll defeat Ulqiorra.
