Bleach went wrong along time ago to many characters, to many of which Kubo has made so bloody popular that he's to afraid to kill them off.

2. Not always after reading a chapter you have to discuss what happens in it. It could be the meaning, the simbolism e.g Old shitty people.

3. ....they should start going bankai by now.
