I think Hitsugaya will make some cool in 1 or 2 chapter and will lose in the end.
His ice not effect even with Yammi the 10th espada. Ha ha ha.
He'll prob appear with the vizard of WAYY after they get beat but aizen. he's too kool for schoolQuote:

Also, isn't he supposed to be appointed by the captain?, Like Shinji did with Aizen? I'm just saying, someone either Soi Fon or Yoruichi. At least something, he has to have something. However, and I mean it, if he has I hope he still dies.

Omeada knoc out in 1 hit by Ichigo bare hand and with his shikai release on 3-1 fight. It is unresonable if he win except his opponant is the way too low.
I am wondering how Omeada could become a VC. Same for the other two that lose to Ichigo bare hand.
One of the other two was the healer's squad vc, so that is understandable (they tend not to have combat releases). The other man, I have no clue. As far as why Omeada is VC, well maybe he was just the 3rd seat, and got promoted when Soi Fon became captain, or perhaps he was put there (I feel this is more likely) as a loyal dog to make sure that that division didn't get out of hand again.
