You are the gay here (not that I mind gays..). Urahara will get banned for sure but as far as I know Urahara is still alive and kicking so Aizen didnt really pwnt Urahara as you said and he didnt kill the 'future' Vaizards. So I think you statement is too strong : Aizen is overrated...He is defeatable by some of the captains I am sure about it.

Aizen will obviously frame Urahara and Tessai for this thing which is not a big feat since every one in Soul Society is also affected by Aizen´s Total Hypnosis or they would have wondered why a bald, weird looking rapist guy was constantly following Shinji around.

On that note, i don´t think that his exile was enforced just because of the creation of his special gigai but the way he first used them.

While on trial, Yamamoto will most likely order the termination of every Death God that was hollownized by Aizen and crew. And Urahara, who will obviously help them turn in Vaizards and help them escape beforehand.....with the untraceable gigai.

That´s the theory anyway.
