I havenīt read chapter 315 yet so bear with me if this is an unnecessary thread.
So i heard that Kubo officially ended the Hueco Mundo Arc in this last chapter and for now instead of continuing the current story, heīll be writing about the past of several characters to explain their personality and motivations.
Can anyone confirm?
If true, do you like this decision, no?

i think that's a bad idea. it's good that there will be more character development, but an entire arc on character development will come at the cost of a non-moving plot. kubo made a huge mistake in bloating the Bleach cast again and again.
I don't seem to recall him bloating the Bleach cast anymore than Naruto or One Piece or D.Gray Man or FullMetal Alchemist or Fairy Tail or Flame of Recca or Gantz or Berserk or Inuyasha or Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles or Kenichi or HunterxHunter or...Quote:

really now. let'see - bleach has ichigo's entire high school cast (orihime and her crew, ichigo and his crew), soul society (division captains, vice captains, and random ones like hanatarou), and now vizards (the crew that trained him) and arrancars (important ones like grimmjow and nell are probably staying, as well as powerful bad guys like ulquiorra, stark, halibel).
naruto has the 4 leaf teams, 1 sand team, mostly leaf adults, sasuke's new team, and the remaining akatsuki.
d. gray man has allen's cast, and a few important people from the HQ. i might be forgetting a group, but d.gray man is a surprising small cast o_O;; i can't believe you even brought that up
full metal alchemist has Central soldiers (mustang, hawkeye), briggs soldiers, and the homunculus.
numbers aside, bleach does a really poor job of character development. we only know most of the secondary characters superficially, and even some of the main characters are not that deep (chad, for instance, doesn't get much coverage). sorry, but bleach just doesn't make me care about its characters as much as other mangas do.
Maybe because all they do is fighting.
Someone said it's been 9 months since Ulquiorra was sealed.
The fighting started even before that.
So we are almost constantly seeing fights for a year now.
And now that the fights in HM seemed to have ended, what happens?
The winter war starts early and we get to see another series of fights that will take a long time to be finished (probably).
I've always liked secondary characters more than main ones. With main characters there seem to be certain "rules" to follow. They can't be extreme in any signigant ways, they don't waver, you know that they will always win in the end and not die.
I know Ichigo won't get killed but someone like Komamura could go any way. Therefore since the threat of death is stronger in fights with secondary characters I find the fights more interesting.
Besides, I hate manga that don't do anything good with the secondary characters. Main characters just don't interest me as much. That's why I enjoyed seeing Ichigo and gang get saved by the captains. I could do without a Hitsugaya fight, though. I'm more interested in seeing what Gin can do and Komamura's fight with Tousen.
they didnt bloat gantz cast. when teetee(that what i like to call him) introduce some1, there's like 5 chapters devoting to their history. gantz just kill and replace. gantz is god. dont mess with gantz dude. just my 3 cents
I find it easier to keep track of bleach's characters than almost any other manga. At least Kubo's characters are unique in personality and appearance *cough* claymore *cough*
If it is true, I don't know if I'd like it to be from the actual chapter, perhaps some gaidens. Like that the story can progress and we know about their past and all the other jazz.
