Thread: Sado's arm, exhaust or a vaccuum?

YO, i was recently rereading the chapter where sado and ishida were fighting the arrancar after they first arrived and i realized that like a lot of the time before chad fires a bigger than average attack(like el directo) his arm has what looks like a reiatsu discharge. Here is where my confusion comes in, is this because he's releasing the overflowing reiatsu in his arm or is he sucking in reiatsu from his surrounding?

its a power up like a mario's mushroom. after this arc, they'll power up again to fight against invading space shinigami/hollows/arrancars all at once. btw, chad's power was never explain.

i doubt he is sucking in reiatsu because that would be more like a quincy thing using the particles to power attacks, Sado, being more like a Hollow, this seems unlikely.

You should illustrate your point with pictures from the manga.

It is the same in the manga version as well, just didn't feel searching chapters.

I think it is supposed to resemble something like a bazooka or rocket being launched; the blow off/back that would occur, knowimsayin?

What he was asking was for you to find the exact page that included the "blow back" you're talking about.

Either way, when I went looking for it today all I could find was the usual "Reiatsu everywhere effect" the mangaka likes to draw around his characters attacks.

Arent Chad's abilities bursts of his own reiatsu, thats why when he first started using it he got weak after two or more punches.
His powers arent like Shinigamis where they use there reiatsu and the power of there Zanpakutou to fight (Not including Kenpachi) or Quincys where they draw spirit energy in the atmosphere to form arrows.

ah, so its more like an exhaust type of thing. Pretty cool, i definitely think sado has more raw power than anybody else. Just an opinion.

Yeah, it´s something like a brutal release of his reiatsu in one attack when you see all that energy getting out. His powers are of reminiscent of hollows which just add this aura of mystery to his character, too bad fans only want silver haired cliché kid.

On that note he might take in reiatsu as well, especially since his powers are hollow like and the espada fire off ceros like roofs dont exist, but now that i think about it ceros are more like a quick accumulatian of reiatsu. Its not like its taken inside the medium and molded like with a shinigami or quincy. Meaning that by the time the winter battle comes hes going to be able to fire off a brazo direche shot with a cero tacked on with no real problem. (I hope)
