I'll place my bets now that Yachiru is going to kill someone before this arc is through.
I'd wager Kenpachi is going to enter a full-fledged Shikai.
Hell, just to stick my neck out there, I think somethings going to end up happening with the Vaizards due to the weakening of Soul Society.

In the pic on the left, it looks like Kenpachi is holding one of Nnoitora's Scythe/Axe in the top right frame.

Yesss! Kenpachi lives, and is up on his feet again! Haaaaaaah, always knew he's unstoppable to begin with. Now, to wait to read the actual chapter to see what moves he'll use against Nnotoira.

I've read on mangahelpers.com and one of the spoilers said that one of noitora's arm was cut by kenpachi but he regenerates his arm and he grew 2 more arms, so now he has 6 pairs of arms.
