Aizen avoided fighting her because he didn't has the time. At that same moment that he encountered her, gin was about to warp them to the rendezvous point that they (tousen, gin and aizen) have set. They are in a hurry because they need to extract the hougyoku fast from rukia. If unohana finds out their plot, the other certainly would've find it out also. It would be troubelsome to fight all of them at once. So, they need to extract the hougyoku fast, to prevent that from happening. It certainly doesn't mean that she could not fight. Her main duty is healing,but i believe she has the ability to fight, otherwise,she wouldn't challenge aizen to a fight.

Actually according to the databook shes the second strongest after Yamamoto. Don't underestimate her.

Omg fight with a healer? why??? even in war they don't pick a fight with medics... for several reasons. They are healers, they don't chase you down and kill you = no thread ( probably why aizen avoided her ). Immaging fighting a healer, man what a long and boring fight. hurt her then she heals. As for the execution squad leaving her alone. In my opinion that squad is full of chicken ass wipes. come on they only come to clean up half dead guys. if they are any good they should either help the fight to kill off the oponent not only there to clean up scraps... Anyway those are just my opinion hehhehe

On to the question with who/what will ulquiorra fight/do i think he will probably fight, because he will knows that anything that happen under the blue sky will be monitor by azien, so there is no point in reporting back. now who will he fight? well most likely is ichigo, since while kempachi fight with noitra, orihime is healing ichigo and nell. So is round 2 for ichi vs ulqui. Or if the the unthinkable happen, is ulquiorra vs Orihime.. muhahahaha. Remember that big guy from vizard told orihime? there is a way for her to fight, all she need to do is believe it is posible and she can do it. Maybe she will create a 10 level barrier that lock ulquiorra in a cage like he locks her up? hahaha how is that for ironical revenge???? Goooo big boobies girl

Judging from your post, unohana's level is still under aizen's. My guest is correct (aizen is on par with yammamoto).

so kenpachi is the weakest? waow, i thought hitsugaya was the weakest. Does this mean hitsugaya could own noitora?

General fighting abilities:
Aizen is capped at each one of them: thus 560 points total, yamato seems to be also capped at all,

Unohana is not capped but is barely doing so.
But also its not taken "experience" and special abilities in consideration.

Kenpachi even though with massive reiatsu and melee fighting skills he has zero, healing and zero kidou thus his so low on the ranking.

But Unohana would be the Third strongest second to Aizen and Yamamoto.

But the thing this is, this is no MMO or RL, there are no "class" she isn't just a "healer" she is the captain of the 4th division, she does specialize in "healing" but that doesn't mean she never learned kidoh, hoho, and all that.

Err not to mention that with her expertise of the soul/human body, she can deliver fatal blows easier, she does have surgical precision

I agree with irecinius,being the best healer does not mean that you don't know anything about fighting.her level is high that's for sure.(I wonder what she has in mind when she watched orihime healing ichigo at SS,she doesn't even care to take a look...)

I know that list is official but it seems a bit off to me. The Kenpachi vs Tousen Kommura fight seems to contradict these stats, how could Kenpachi be the weakest?

errr, no, in all major wars it was highly distasteful to target medics, and in most cases armies would allow medics to cross battlefields and go about their business unharmed. The 4th squad members don't have any fighting ability only healing.
