The first half is about Mayuri's exposition.
The later the fight between Kenpachi and Nnoitra.

Because Nnoitra has the strongest steel skin (Hierro) among the successive Espada,
Kenpachi's attack doesn't have any effects on him.

I'm expecting Kenpachi to remove his eye patch soon.

I'm not. 20 bucks says Kenpachi is still just playing with Noitora.

My 20 is going with StealDragon.I think Ken-chan has been sitting on his ass for a month trying to met with his Zanpakuto. And I dont think they they have sent him to Hueco Mundo unless they thought that he was ready. So maybe he's already learned it and take the eye patch off when he yells its name. And then Yachiro will come in and just slice Noitara in half.

He's not wearing the leech patch, he hasn't wore it ever since he took it off against Ichigo.

The leech patch is one piece with two relatively short projections and a white border, a chain connects those two projections and holds it in place. His new eye patch is just a single piece of black cloth tied around his head.

I'd actually contest that a bit; those hearts don't seem like a very Renji thing to use - they seem more like a Nemu-moan uncomfortable comedy situation.

It would be funny if Noitora tried to cut Kenpachi and also couldn't cut him.

Man, Ishida and Renji seemed so dumb when they say something like:

cause we all know it couldn't be a different leech patch that doesn't just look different.

not saying he is or isn't wearing it, but no one was assuming that wasn't a fake Mayuri clone just cause he had a different hat.
