Or maybe Ichigo slipped into another one of his 'Inner dimensional' worlds and met a manifestation of Zaraki who tells him he is too weak and pulls some god-knows-what technique to strengthen Ichigo's will to fight.

didn't that only happen in the fillers, and Ichigo could have mistaken that monster for zaraki or the other way around because for some reason that monster doesn't look like a hallow to me maybe it's a manifestation of Zaraki's zenpukuto...

actually, that happened in the manga so it could happen again.

It seems like Rukia isn't dead. And we're gonna see what the black spiky espada is doing. I wonder what that monster on the second panel is.

He already has shikai.

As for the second pic, the hole could be around the throat like for #4, but yeah, doesn't look like it's a hollow/arrancar from what we can see.

when did he gain his shikai?
