Hogyoku & Natural Arrancar

If Nnoitra, Nell, and Szayel were Arrancar years before, and Aizen had only recently obtained the Hogyoku, would that not make them naturally-created Arrancar?

Pretty much, but they did talk about various "improvements", and what Noitora described sounded like training.

The orb could conceivably be part of that, or not, it's not clear yet at this point.

What the hell is a hogyoku?

I think its just possible to use Hyogoku on existing arancarr to perfect them even further.

I've just found a temporal plot hole the same order of magnitude as 10 year old Itachi raping Oro.

Las Noches was supposed to have been constructed with the hōgyoku, so how the hell could Nell have been missing for years?

Could be that Las Noches was smaller to keep Aizen's plan under covers and was without the use of the hōgyoku. Then when he reveals his plan, he's rapes the uses of the hōgyoku.

That part at least seems too advanced for anything but the current Las Noches. Even if you can construct a giant sand castle somehow, I don't see how he can make it have it's own internalized environment without some sort of godly reality altering artifact.

^You mean in recent chapters? for all we know, it probably wasn't a blue sky. Maybe it all muggy and ashy looking like when Orihime's brother was turned into a hollow.
