Thread: Zanpakutou release theories

Ok, as we know, a large amount of shinigami, arrancar and vizard characters haven't had their bankai, their initail release, or even their zanpakutou shown. This thread is for theories about what the zanpakutou's releases and abilities are.

You are allowed to be as crazy as you want with the theorizing.

Personally, I think Yamamoto's Bankai would be a giant nuclear bomb blast. It would destroy anything in a 10-mile radius. Therefore, he would be killed in it, so he doesn't use it except in serious circumstances.

....That's just stupid, this si probably the closest thing to the 'SUPRANOVA' from the Naruto forums. Yamamoto has already used his shikai and gave those two captains a hard time. His bankai would probably be overkill in every aspect of the shimigami.

Likely Genryuusai has a fire dragon formation similar to Toushirou's Ice Dragon. That or it actually releases a fire dragon that he can control.

Now The one I'd like to know is Ukitake's. I can see some twisted storm like things coming out.

Humm well, I thought on something on the levels of Tenpa Jyosai, the summoning Alastor.

All that fire and stuff.. that looks like his bankai

hah, its probably fire everywhere...imagine, he could MELT hitsugaya's bankai as well as evaporate all the water till he couldn't reform it...

There are games that show some of the hidden bankai, like gin's bankai, i just dont want to make a spoiler so i'll leave it like that

no, the bankai in the games are just made up by the producers, it may not necessarily be from Kubo himself. No way he would let that kind of information out JUST to make a game.

I see Ukitake's Bankai as a thunder storm(i took it from the release incantation.It mentions lightning in there)

And as for the captain of the 8th division(i can't remember his name >_>)
I see it as a tornado with flower petals(like sena's shikai release in a way)
