What do you think Nell Tu was like as an Espada

Dont no but we may find out if inoue can heal it

I think that her shape was the same, obviously she wouldn't become small only for not being an espada anymore. Maybe the fact taht shewas an ex espada goes like in GJ's case: since she was menomated, she can't be an espada anymore, thus she was dismissed, but she had't become like an ex-espada, who is just a former espada too weak to be in the top ten arrancar anymore.

It would be too difficult for her to influence the plot if she were as weak as ex-espada, so I guess that Kubo will make her stronger. Other than that we do not know anything at this point.

we know that the crack on her mask causes her a certain amount of discomfort(i dont know how much;but it might have decreased her power and thrown her out.)

I think her physical form must have regressed. Possibly her mind as well.

Have you guys ever thought that the quarter skull in the top left corner of the intro page (The one where it shows part of Ichigo's and Hichigo's faces) might be her old mask?

I think thats more in reference to Ichigo than Nell, the format of the picture sure implys so.
