I was thinking the same thing. It's been down for quite some time. Kinda sucks, but maximum7.net is still up, so they still release all their stuff.

bleach7 ran out of funding cos no one is giving them any money and the guys who own the site are jus college students, so they wouldn't b that rich anyway. the reason they stopped posting bleach is that maximum7 and bleach7 are owned and made, inc. scanlations etc, by the same people so they don't feel like double posting it onto two sites because they would have to pay more than they already do.
