Thread: Chapter 279- Jugulators!

i have a weird feeling Ichigo might beat Grimmjaw though. he seems confident enough, Inoue has that whole little speech that he won't lose, and i don't think Ichigo has ever lost a battle two times in a row before

I'd like to bring on thing to your attention. When Ichi first fought with GJ he got owned badly. Now he's not only keepeing a pace but was able toreduce damage from cero to a single bruise. I think that shows that either the mask is not everything he got from Hiyori training or he had another Hichi encounter after Uliquiorra fight. And I'm still bothered by those black flame that was surrounding Ichi after Ulq beat him up.

yeah, for some reason Ichigo got a lot stronger. i think losing to Ulquiorra made him stronger somehow.

Is it me or did this seem like a really short chapter. >

itz not u. it seemed like another useless short chapter w/o much going on.

I think the chapter was fine, well except for Inoue and Nell scene. I really hope to see Ulquiorra and Grimmjow's release soon!

Ulq is gonna rock up before they are able to finish there battle, i bet ya!

by the "black flame" surrounding ichigo... wasnt that his bankai form fading? when i first read it i thought he was about to go out of control and getting taken over by the hollow inside him but when i re-read it... if u look closely, its his bankai form fading away.. his sword turning back into its normal form proves it

anyways, this chapter was boring and as people have said, nothign happened.. and it was short. hopefully the next one will be real good with good action

I learned a valuable lesson from the Grimmjow School of Sword Ass-Whoopery.

- When you and your opponent have locked weapons, thus entering a stalemate... it's always good fun, to shoot them with your other hand. (Note: If they get all fidgety, push them back, and do it with both. Quickly.)

Like throwing your main weapon away and do a HIT or miss move..
