i think the final arc will be in SS not hollow world. i don't think ichigo's group are going to beat everone in Las Noches. Someone probably is going to save them and escape with or without Orihime. the goal is just try to save orihime.
well Royal Families... the Fathers and urahara... some of the captain's past should be interesting if they do it rght. it can go on for another year or 2 give or take
oo i almost forgot. his other self is not exactly defeated yet. he also gotta take care of that too. there could still be more story left after this

Bleach is gonna be on for a long, long time...This Las Noches thing is a huge mistake...I think that success in this arc means that everyone will survive. Espada are too strong for Ichigo & co. one-on-one, let alone 10 vs 3...No, wait, 5. Without Vizards and Urahara, protagonists will die. Simple as that. I'm almost sure that this arc will end with heroes (some of which could be dead by then) getting the hell out of Hueco Mundo without Orihime. Any other possibility (like Aizen/Gin/any Espada dying) is...well, ridiculous.
eh im lingering on the hope that the final battle will be Genryuusai, Ichigo, Isshin, and Urahara all Ban-Kaied out in a four on one against Aizen, i see no other logical way for the heroes to defeat him let alone worry about how the story is gonna end.
just a a theory but remember the "Gate to the Underworld" in like ep 5 was it? remember when the guy who was chasing the bird kid died? sumhow i think they'll go down there and fight "the devil" or sumtin prob 2 rescue sum1 AGAIN, but hey who kno's i just thought it was pretty pointless to have that underworld thing n not use it especially since the "underworld" is diffrent from the "hollow" world
It's all irrelevent...
The story will end when the author stops making money off of this or lose his interest.
There's still way too much to be resolved for the manga to end now. There's no need for me to go in detail since everyone else has been so kind as to pretty much say everything. I'm pretty certain however that this will be very similar to Dragonball.
-Frieza was the bad guy since the very beginning [of Dragonball Z vol.1, I forgot which Dragonball volume it was...sorry!]. Frieza pulled the strings from the shadows all throughout the story. Not unlike Aizen.
Originally Dragonball was intended to end with the Frieza arc. So that would be a total of four arcs:
-Captain Ginyu Arc
-Introduction Arc [what the hell is everything before soul society called?]
-Soul Society Arc
-Possibly the end of Bleach
Well...I'm just guessing really...
EDIT: There are also many other similarities between Bleach and Dragonball (Not strange since Kubo was inspired by Akira Toriyama) people who are initially thought to be bad guys but then become good [although in bleach it's not so much that they're bad it's just difference of opinion and well...their job?]...

compare dragon ball to bleach is not that good.
bleach doesn't follow dragonball manga's Pattern.
remember there is no such a thing as dragon ball z manga(well atleast in japan).
first Dragonball 1/3 of the manga is fun. they spent tons of time collecting dragonballs.

Kubo was INSPIRED by Toriyamas work on Dragonball and you can see that in his art and in the story. Just compare Bleach with Dragonball. Keep in mind that Dragonball was originally supposed to end with the Frieza arc. [AND I'm talking about the beginning of the Vegeta Arc until the end of the Frieza Arc....]
