Zaraki Kenpachi & Zangetsu Related

a wild gues, but is it possible that those 2 are related, well, zangetsu is only the manifestation of Ichigos soul-slayer. but i read that zangetsu looks like ichigos uncle... or something like that. and if you compare zaraki and zangetsu, they look alike. O_O OMG, IS ISSHIN AND KENPACHI RELATED?

They dont like alike.

Ichigo has no uncle. (most likely, was never ever mentioned in the story!)
