I bet you Urahara has something up his sleeve. He had to make a weakness for them, he's not stupid about that kinda stuff.

Its obvious Ichigo will screw it up. It's probably another lesson for him to learn that he hasn't really defeated his hollow yet, or something.

check how sick Ichigo's mask is? even grimjaw is shocked and don't know what it is. This indicates that Aizen hasn't told them about it and they(hollows) don't know about it neither.
