it's possible though.. with Ichigo growing so rapidly fast in power when other spent like centuries to get the power.. but if it is.. it just plain sucks.. they better have someone that fit the image of 'royal family' like.. Ichigo and his family just dun live up to the standard..

I pretty fancy not seeing Ichigo as being like the son of the King os SS who's been sent on 'exile' on Earth years ago because of war or anything like that. That would be just plain predictable.

I would pretty much like to see Orihime have an important role in that aspect. She might be the daughter of the King. We know nothing of probable parents, her brother has been attacked (he might have been a tutor sent from their to keep an eye on her). I fancy her being the princess and Ichigo and co become the personal guard. Inoue would learn about her royal lineage, Aizen and his subs will try to kill her to cut off the royal dominion. Ichigo would protect her (thing he's obsessed with and seems hasn't yet accomplished - that would be good for him to succeed this time once). Ishida will risk his life for Inoue and almost die. bla bla bla, people would die everywhere but the good guys win. Orihime and Ishida get together and launch a new prosperous world for the quincies and the shinigamis.

lol and on teh basis of different powers from Inoue and Chad (their powers seem unique) it could well be that they belong to the royal court, both of them.

wouldn't be more likely that Ichigo family turns out to like part of the royal familys Elite guard or something what a reall cool twist would be if that the Quincies were related to the royal family

someone please explain me how you idiots came up with Isshin being a noble??? last time i checked he was and i quote a "captain level shinigami" noble is NOWHERE in that phrase.

I agree. I also think Ishiin is very powerful, so is urahara, i wonder what they ban-kai's look like.

About Ichigo being a noble, well, it's a fact that he shows an incredible power. That's why maybe Ishiin may turn out to be a very powerful shinigami too. Also, we know not much of ichi's mother. When he remembers her death, she tells him something like "wait ichigo, don't!". I think she could see the hollow as well, and why not, perhaps she was a shinigami to, which will add up to the explanation of ichigo's high level. Remember grand fisher is a powerful hollow, shinigami's have been out for him for a very long time, he has enough power to kill a shinigami.

If we follow from what KT has told us: Only noble shinigamis give birth to born-shinigamis. From what we can see Ichigo is a born-shinigami, adn his father is also a shinigami and Isshin has also stated that Ichigo is a Pure-blood shinigami. So if we follow KT's explination, isn't Isshin a noble??

I won't speculate (which I'm not good at) cause it's better getting it from the mangaka about who is/are the royal/noble shinigami.

that's only speculation...and if there is to be more speculation one could say tha tIchigo is the King's son or nephew or anything, explaining how he looks like a norn shinigami...Isshin might simply have been a guard sent by the King to protect and raise Ichigo away from any potential danger...then the white linen worn by Isshin could be a symbol of Toyal guards or somethign like that...

and those speculations only count for whack without confirmation from KT himself
