does anyone know the average time for 1 bleach chapter to come out?

What do you mean? For a translation, a raw, the actual chapter <_<;;

the actual chapter takes a week exactly, a raw should be within 12 hours of release of the actual chapter, a translated version usually pops up 24 hours afterwards...
