And on a diffrent note. (is the vaizards are bad guys) is not the right way to type that question. Its, Are the vaizards bad guys?

Lol, ya. Unless you meant "Are the vizards (that's how I'll spell it) our bad guys?". That'd work, too.

I don't think they are because, in order to become a vizard, you'd need the Hou Gyoku. And who had the Hou Gyoku?? KISUKE!!! They may not be his, but my money's on them being good.

Maybe, who knows but me and Kube?

i think they are good guys. Becouse why would they have helped ichigo to obtain hollowpowers if they were bad guys?

It's probably not that simple. There's never just "good guys" and "bad guys" - at least, not in Bleach. If you're wondering whether or not they're on Aizen's side, I doubt it. I'm sure they would have been mentioned in some conversation with the Arankaru or even Aizen himself if they were.

That's not to say Urahara is on Ichigo's side, though. He is helping Chad, Renji, and possibly Orihime train - but he seems to have his own agenda (like with the Hougyoku and Rukia in that arc). If the Vaizards are with him, they probably have different motives, but I'm fairly sure that Urahara is against Aizen. Still, if they do choose to fight with the Shinigami I'm sure there will be a price to pay.

Vizards don't like humans. Vizards don't like Shinigami. Vizards don't really like Arrancar. They only helped Ichigo (and Inoue) because they have similar powers, and they feel related. Do they want to kill all humans or Shinigami or Arrancar? For the moment, they haven't said anything about that. Simply put, they're just loners.

Ichigo's a vizard now, which is why they're helping him out. Inoue has the same ability as Hatchi, which is why he helped her out. Shinigami don't like them because they're part hollow, whereas hollows don't like them because they're part shinigami, but who's to say that the humans don't like them? They don't even know these guys exist.

@Akatsuki: Kisuke isn't a bad guy. What could've given you that impression? Yoruichi wouldn't be working with him if he were bad, and Soi Fong woulda kicked his ass if he were (I think that's an anime moment, but the point is she would have).
