hey did you guys ever considered that chad and orihime might have bounto( idont know how it spelled) powers? you know the guy soul suckers.KT might have contributed to the fillers, then, he thought it might be a good idea torelate them to a special kind of ppl. anyway those are just speculations, but seriously, think about it.

the bount people have dolls and they are like vampires. So far in the story line we only know of three types of powers; shinigami, quincy and hollow.

@S3xDrutgzRock: The Bount are filler and have not appeared in the manga, referencing something that didn't happen would be rather poor story telling on KT's behalf.

Yes he has hollow poers it is painfully obvious since I didn't realize it sooner that chad has hollow powers. Especially after seeing the latest hollow in the anime, they almost look identical.
