I went to Bleach7 for the raw and to Mangahelpers for the trans.

The scanlation comes after a raw has been translated, edited, and then proofread... maybe another step or two occurs before release. It's not an easy job. Well, not for everyone. =P
223 has been released in Japan, and will be released as soon as it's ready - usually takes only a few days.

ok so now that thats been answered against my better judgement i am compelled to scream at you scanlation only has TWO "a"s ... silly things like that grind my gears *_*

well for volume1 to about 9 you can find it on Bleach7.com in the manga download section where you can download by volume, i think theres a thread somewhere in the forum where it has a bunch of links to rapishare for other volumes, and the rest can be downloaded from bleach7.com or bleachportal.com chapter by chapter. and its all translated.
