The first meeting with Aizen *a bit spoiler*
i've just started reading Bleach all over again, and in the last chepter of VOL.3 there was someone speaking with the Grand Fisher and turning it into it new version of hollow(that we saw in the last chepters), i think it was Aizen, but it's hard to deside... what do you think?

You could see an Arrancar sitting there. Most likely, it was D-Roy (or whatever the official spelling is). Although not exactly the same art, he sure looks like him. (probably just an early Arrancar design from Kubo)

yes but at that time Aizen didn't have the hougyokou with him. but since he didn't have his mask on so that is definitely an issue that needs to be addressed.

It was D-Roy and maybe a couple other natural arrancar. Some of the more intelligent hollows have figured out how to gain shinigami powers on their own.

I doubt it was D. Roy. That Arrancar seemed like he was in full control of the situation, but the D. Roy we've seen was just a phailure.

they probably did not hold much hope in Grand fishers abilties and put Numero demi sexto on the job
