p2p blocklist
Hey-
I just read that 75-80% of the ppl that get owned by the feds for illegal dl/ul don't have a blocklist. Naturally, I wanna get one myself just to be a bit safer.
Does anyone know of some good ones?

uhh... should just be set your firewall to deny and not respond to all traffic from x IP. You'll have to find out how to do that with the firewall you have... or hell, maybe you can do it through your router. Have to do some re-search.
other than that, you can set most decent p2p software's to ignore certain IP's. So they essentially have the blocklist you want built in.

So pretty much, as long as I use a happy generic client like bitcomet, utorrent, or azureus, I won't have to worry about dling and installing a seperate blocklist application?

uhh.. yeah. Problem is that if you have multiple clients that work like this, each one have to be configure individually. So if you got one or two programs... meh.
