Thread: directed to a wrong server

why am i directed to irc.idlewhore.org while it says that i'm connecting to irc.rizon.net ? it says that i'm banned from irc.idlewhore.org for having an open proxy *i do not know much about proxies tho*. help me =\

Rizon is just the network name. Going to rizon routs you to one of the many servers in it's network. Idlewhore is pretty new.

Anyway, your accused of having an open proxy... ie, letting others connect through you which circumvents possible bannings. You have to follow directions to get it removed.

Or you can try direct connecting to one of the Rizon servers other than Idlewhore... like irc.ashenworlds.net for example.
