1) What's it matter if the client is firewalled or whatever?
when downloading if you have your firewall on it wont meet the requirements downloading cause usually windows is picky on Firewall Macafee is the worst on firewall (so basically if you portfoward your opening a little gate so only that information that allows your downloads go threw that gate insted of leaving you wide open on the internet or the firewall blucking your downloads)
2) What's it matter if you have a decent rating for dl :: ul?

like... at the bottom of the thing, there's a bar that's like... you go over it it and gives you a ratio of your upload over download. UL / DL. What's it matter if that's a good ratio (bigger number) or a bad ratio (low number).

well sometimes when its green and u have a good ratio then u can get better priority from other seeders giving more download speed to u.....
when its yellow or somethin then u dont get higher priority.......
imo some people dontreally care and let it go lowwww and keep downloading and doesnt really make a diffrence. since theres soo many downloaders...
sometimes i even seed and noone downloads off me ><
