Default First Berserk Volume you bought. EVER.

Right, so since my last attempt to bolster the activity here up a bit ended a miserable failure... may as well start a corny ol' topic.

So right, as the thread title asks, what was your first Berserk volume? Mine was the first one the day it came out, which I thought was shit.. and the next four volumes didn't impress me either so I never really started buyin' til 6 and seven, which I bought simultaneously when I got hooked by the end of "Campfire of Dreams." then I started going on a buying spree the day they came out, and now I have up to volume 23 in English, US DH edition.

First Japanese one I bought was 4, also the only one I bought lmao.

This doesn't include downloads! When it says "bought," it means, bought and purchased with your own damn cash, niggers. >_>

I think my first volume was Volume 31 - it was the first volume to be released after I arrived in Japan!

Been here two years now and the latest volume is Volume 32... >.>

I have both those volumes as well (Jap., imported) now, and I gotta say... why the heck has Miura not only released one volume in, like, over a year (has he fucking given up, seriously? Sure this ain't no golden age arc when Miura was seriously passionate about his work, unlike 18-current) not to mention he stopped the whole black/white page with BERSERK in huge caps on it in page gaps, instead puttin' in neat little pictures... when the story's, like, at least a decade from finishin', meaning if Miura's going to release a new volume, he'll need, like, seven images each, every time a new volume comes out!

Alright, that's a bit off topic so, back on track.
