Thread: Berserk politics

I just want to find out if the "political" things happening in Berserk have some counterparts in the real world.
Though, I must warn, to reveal through such analogies one's political point of view can entail some unpleasant consequences for the RL...

Do you think, the manga is political, historical?
Do you see parallels between ipolitics or history and persons acting in Berserk? (Actually, for the pope it's obvious - he has a direct counterpart in Berserk )

Do you believe in conspiracies? They say the first part of a con is to make the conned think he came up with the idea.

I think berserk shows how people can be fooled. Massively.
To me it's almost like science fiction. Griffith is like jesus in the manga... but he's actually evil.

thats why berserk was for me one of the best manga i ever read ^^ it is frictional but the values and characteristic of people somehow depict real life situations... if you have read all of of its chapter you will understand that some part really is happening in the real world like people are just too greedy and i agree with habon and also yeah politic is one dirty thing you can be a clean one if your in politics XD

Hm... do lol as often as you can, but that's not off the beaten track (I hope, it's the right expression, my English isn't that good). Just remember the part with the pope.
And remember, how Griffith won for the kingdom and the the king, as a thanks, tortured him? And after that... a new Griffith resurged ^^ all in white, in his previous form.

One thing is important to note, though. He hasn't died yet.

yep thats true he has still his body before the eclipse and he really didn't died yet
