Thread: A few questions possible spoilers

I started reading Berserk and its pretty good but i have a few questions
please dont give me any spoilers cause im barley on volume 18.

1.Why did Griffith/Femto kill everybody
2.Why was he sp stupit to sleep with the princess in the 1st place was it part of his plan
3.Whats Zodds purpose he seems to just be wondering around
4.Why did Gutts get so hardcore emo and crazy after the Eclipse he didnt seem to hate life that much but in the beggining of the manga he seems so much full of hatred.
5.is that little thing with one eye and no limbs Gutts child or griffiths
6.Does he harm gutts and casca in anyway?

He sacrificed the Hawks so he could become a God hand member. The spell requires that you sacrifice someone that you care about, and the Hawks fit the bill.

Temporary insanity? He apparently went all emo after Guts defeated him and left the Hawks.

He wants to fight strong people. And that's basically his entire purpose.

Psychological pressure due to a constant, living hell? Bear in mind that Guts basically was attacked by evil spirits every night, and spent the rest of his time hunting apostles. That would make anyone snap after a while.

It's Guts' child. However, it got tainted with evil when Femto raped Caska.

Yes

yeah i guess he love his child but the thought of it being tainted by griffith or evil seems to make him really mad(naturally hehe)

3.Does Gutts actually stand a chanve against the likes of Zodd and Griffith

If i answer this question i will spoil the following volumes/chapters so ill leave it up to you to know...

Berserk armor but i dont think that alone can kill Zodd

If Gutts didn't stand a chance against Zodd and Griffith, he wouldn't be the main character of this manga. He will eventually, anyway.

(Spoiler Warning?)
i think Guts stand a chance on beating Zodd right now on the manga...On the graveyard of the Hawk he fought Zodd without the armor and he was able to fight him on the same ground...and now if only he could fully control the armor without being berserk then he might be able to pull it out...about griffith it's too early to fight him....

I think Zodd may ultimately turn against Griffith and fight alongside Guts. Just a thought, but I think his character may see some redemption before the end. Guts may well end up beating him now that he has the armor, though.

Zodd pretty much seems immortal to me... He's been around for so long, after all... I just don't see him losing.

Zodd is not immortal he does not age... So he can die.
I dont know if u remember the monkey guy who tells griff about the god hand, He lived a long time but when he was atacked by gutts and then zodd he died. Zodd is the same way but just MUCH stronger
