    Default Eat tazmos bandwidth

I your using firefox then you can use about:config in the address bar to get to the settings,
    then set network.http.pipelining to true,
then increase network.http.pipelining.maxrequests to as high as you want.this will increase how many requests you make each time a load a page.
Now you go to his site and go nuts with F5 and eat into his bandwidth

it could turn into a digital protest, stopping people getting on his site o.O

can someone verify if this works? i have a hunch doing all that stuff just messes up your computer or something.

Go ahead...try...but somehow i dont think it'd work.

Pipelining does not create multiple connections - which would normally slow a server down. It would spam the server, rather i believe it uses your own computer's resources to obtain information more quickly, grab more pieces of data at once.

You can read this if you want a bit more info (its where i got mine :P).

It also happens to be a way to get yourself put in prison. DOS attacks are not viewed kindly by most.

its also extremely useless because if you read his 2006 budget, the frontend webservers are hosted for free by some germans. So endless reloading of the page will
    1) show more ads and make tazmo/germans more money
    2) waste YOUR bandwidth.

Isn't it just the forums hosted on the German servers?
I'm not here much, but if you have anything to say to me about Tazmo, you're either (a) fanatical, or (b) wrong. If not, we can be friends. Except you, Martyr. We can never be friends.

That would likely include the front page as well though. Everything other then the downloads themselves, mabye if you continuosly downloaded from him it would make a diffrence.

It doesn't look like that. No German ads on the front page.
Although it would still be extremely ineffective to attack by refreshing the front page, when his servers are built to withstand the strain of mass simultaneous media downloads.

    austria/germany, according to tazmo.
narutofan main website (which probably isnt 2 servers, or perhaps www/sql server split), is animemanga.de and the forums are hosted by this annoying german fag who often emails various anime groups offering "free hosting" (with exchange for german ads).

mabye if you continuosly downloaded from him it would make a diffrence.
you can't continuously download from him. Well, you can, for free stuff, I suppose. PLUS! members start off with 5GB for 4.98, and additional bandwidth is available for up to $12/20GB.
