Heres what I found in NF's legal disclaimer:
Legal Disclaimer
NarutoFan.com is a fan run, non-profit website dedicated to the anime series created by Masashi Kishimoto, NARUTO. Use of the NarutoFan.com website signifies your agreeing to the terms listed on this web page, along with terms located in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. NarutoFan.com reserves the right to make modifications to any of these policies at any time without notice to it's users.
Note the words "non-profit" and the phrase "reserves the right to make modifications to any of these policies at any time without notice to it's users."
Oh damn, doesn't that suck. I bet 80% of the registered users haven't even read this. I mean, who the hell would join after reading it? They can change it at any time allowing the to legally hack into your computer or make you pay shitloads of money, or some really reatarded crap which you can't do shit to.
I mean, sure, the webmasters are entitled to change their policies, but they should tell their registered users first before changing it, so users have a chance to cease using his stupid site.
If you claim a site is "non-profit" don't you have to prove that all donations are used to keep the site running? If and only if there is a surplus in any given month, even that money cannot be used for personal gains or use. It can be kept in an account with proof of transactions and this proof must be allowed to be shown at any given time. The money which is kept in this account can only be withdrawn for the maintence of the site. e.g. paying for prizes, paying if the month's donations isn't enough, and they must have proof for those as well.
From what I'm hearing, if its true that Tazmo is taking donations for himself. You can report him. Even his legal disclaimer allows you to report him. Tazmo makes me sick.![]()
