Donations Misappropriated

People make the donations to nf.com to keep the site up, if I am not mistaken. Why is it then that Tazmo can donate the peoples donations to another cause? Now I don't know how things work in Canada, but in the US that is a major litigation lawsuit. Then again America's legal system is screwed, but whatever. But it is the internet, and if you are operating in a country, then you have to follow that country's laws, so you can sue the poor kid in the US. What Tazmo is doing is exactly like you donating to your place of worship, but then the head your faith takes the money to buy crack. Morally it is exactly opposite, but legally it is the same. It is as they say, law knows no morals. I don't think anyone cares enough to act upon this.

Also, I wonder if he is paying taxes on his donations, because if he isn't I am sure the CRA would love to get their hands on it. (If you, your business, etc.., make more than $2000 a year in "gifts" then you have to pay taxes in Canada)
I don't know enough of his personal information to file a report, but I am sure someone on here does. A whois would probally give you everything you need.

he's a minor, he doesnt have to pay taxes

He has to pay taxes if he accepts more than CND $2000 in his name if he is over the age of 12.

If you have ever had a job before you were 18 you would realize you still have to pay taxes.

well, im poor so i havent had a job, and he hasnt recieved anywhere near that much money, and it hasn't been in his name. That's NF's money

then it is even easier to take action against narutofan for not paying taxes on their funds. It is the same thing as enron or another company who gets audited, except it is worse because it is a non-profit organization using their funds for something that wasn't stated in aquiring funds. You don't know how the tax system works, so please keep your comments to a minimum. You can read all about it on the the CRA site.
and they have recieved well over $2000 (their goal is $400 a month, and they clearly make it every time)

And it shouldn't be "I am poor so I haven't had a job" it is "I am poor because I never had a job"
