Thread: Ex Narutofan.com fan

I used to be a member of Narutofan.com and paid for all of my downloads (seemed easier to be able to d/l everything I wanted from one easy to navigate site), but a couple of weeks ago I realized that the fees for the site were still coming out of my account and I hadn't used it in 3 months. I went to go cancel my account and noticed there was no actual button for cancelling it which seemed odd so I sent the team a message via the support tab on their web site. About a good month passed before I logged on again and there was no reply to my support ticket and the fees were still coming out. So I then went thru paypal to cancel the fees which prevented them from coming out again. I logged in today to use my more than 3 months of remaining bandwidth that I had PAID FOR and realized that I wasn't able to since my account was expired! WTF?! I paid for this shit and now I can't even have access to it?! I am now in the process of sending a snapshot of my unanswered support requests, a warning note and a link to this site to every person registered with that scam site. Somebody give me that fuckers address so I can go beat my missing bandwidth out of his face! Hell has no wrath like a mad anime lovin' fan chic's scorn.

I just reported the site to a few agencies including the BBB and the scam sector of the FBI. I submitted more screenshots of my questions being unanswered and gave them the website address and let them know that they are conducting a business in which you can't get ahold of anyone because they don't have a direct email, phone number or address. Soooooo hopefully they at least look into it. Thanks so much for the reply ^ ^

It blows my mind that manga publishers don't go after that site, they go after mangatraders but not narutofan? why?
