    Default Doubled Payments

Okay. So I signed up to NarutoFan because it sounded good as wasn't a lot of money. Started off fine, was happy with what I was getting.

Until I renewed my subscription. I don't know what I did but now, I seem to be getting charged twice. Every month, when my email from Paypal comes telling me that I paid x amount, I will get a duplicate.

I have sent support emails several times to no avail asking that if I am being charged twice, can I cancel my subscription. Of course, I heard nothing.

So, I searched for a way to cancel it myself. Now, I used to love the 'Where's Wally' books when I was a kid but hunting down a cancel subscription button left a lot to be desired. It lacked the reward of saying "aha, there it is!"

So. I emailed them again, requesting that they cancel my subscription. And again. And again. Until, for a while, I just let it be. Now however, even thought it is a small amount of money, that small amount of money helps when it comes to paying big things like petrol *grumbles* and as Tesco say, "every little helps".

My last complaint was submitted a few days ago and when I went onto my account features on NarutoFan, I found that my complaint status was closed.

I searched Google looking for other people who have had problems and any feedback as to how I can cancel the account. I found a post with instructions on how to do it via Paypal but I can't seem to do it.
    The instructions said:

If you paid with paypal then to cancel the automatic rebilling you need to do the following in your paypal account
    1. Click the My Account tab
    2. Click the History ta
    3. Click the Details of the subscription in question
    4. Click Cancel Subscription
However, I couldn't see an option to cancel the subscription. After this long winded post, can anyone offer any further suggestions?

Edit: My apologies for being a noob. After some consideration, I wondered why I hadn't searched the forums before posting. Doing so, I found out how to cancel my subscription. Thank you very much! I feel relieved. Again, sorry about making a thread before searching!

I know it sounds fishy but screenshots of the paypal page may help us help you. Blur any personal information out please.

Do you live in the U.S.? If not, the second charge might actually be a currency conversion.

There definitely should be a "cancel subscription" button or something similar in the History tab, you just have to click on one of the payments listed in the History tab to see the details of that payment, then there should be something near the bottom like "cancel recurring payments" or "cancel subscription".

EDIT: Oh, problem was solved... never mind this post.

I live in the UK and that's what I thought it could have been at first however, the two receipts I recieved look identical which is why I thought I was being charged twice.

I'd post my latest receipts (with information blurred of course) but my post count wont allow me.

I realise this is a double post but I couldn't see the edit button. I know there is one because I edited my opening post :S

I am 100% sure that I was paying twice now because having cancelled the subscription I recieved an email this morning saying that I had sent x amount to narutofan. Checked paypal and I had another subscription. I don't know what the hell I done to subscribe twice on the same user name but meh, at least I know for sure now.

This might be a little over the top but you could report them to a consumer watchdog. They are required to make it as simple as a single button and a confirmation message to stop payments. If you have your copies of your complaint emails you could also claim the money back as far as your first email regarding the error.
Imagine if you will a garden with a beautiful blossom tree and a koi pond...

...Next imagine me drowning you in that very koi pond...

That is the power of feng shui...
