Thread: Account Cancellation

I cannot find much of the anime I wanted from this site and so have been trying to cancel for the past couple of months.

I contacted the site several times, obviously getting no response, and am unable to post on the forums on the site.

I have checked my Paypal account and the payments are being withdrawn every four months, but the payments are NOT subscriptions. So I cannot cancel my account by canceling my subscription.

I see no other way to cancel this other than closing my paypal account. Or would opening a payment dispute be fruitful, since NarutoFan states that I must renew my payment surely I can win a dispute as I have not agreed to these further transactions?

You should be able to locate their Active Paypal Subscription and cancel it and then they will not be able to bill you each month automatically. If they are not returning your messages I'd file a Paypal chargeback and maybe then they will start returning your messages.
