Thread: The difference between Monster uncut and the edited for television Scy Fy edit?

I've heard about this anime for a long time, and have really wanted to check it out. It seems like it's just my type. I've heard that the english dub never got a full box set release on dvd and that the version shown on Scy Fy or Sci-Fi whatever is edited in small bits here and there. So does anybody know the differences between the edited version and an uncut version. And is there even an uncut english dub of this? Because unless the voice acting is absolutely horrendous I usually prefer english dubbed. I was just wondering if they cut so much out that it's actually worth it to seek the japanese english subtitled one. If there is an English uncut version where can I find it?

Yeah I tried googling it, but I always have a problem wording really specific questions like this, that's why I turned to these forums. Maybe I will try rewording it and continue the search
