I'll choose Caroline from Paradise Kiss for a start. Other than that....can't think of any now. I only have eyes for bishonen.
Very hard to decide, but one thing I can say for certain is that she will be as far removed from being some soulless slutty fanservice character as possible. Sorry natsu84 but your taste in women is terrible.
Hottest? Hmmm. Without resorting to obvious fanservice shows or ecchi stuff, I'd go with Motoko from GITS - the series rather than the movie.
Shigure from HSDK is also cool, and I'll always have a soft spot for Excel from the manga (more than the anime).

Lessee -- if Daisuke from Bunny Drop were female ... but then, it would be a very different series, and the character not as interesting -- and besides, the anime isn't coming till this summer. If Asagi from Yotsuba&! were animated ... but it isn't, and never will be. If Alpha from Yokohama Kaikashi Kikou were human or willing to have a relationship with one ... but she isn't. If, if, if. Gotta settle on someone who fits the parameters:
