Thread: Gundam 00 movie - The Awakening of the Trailblazer

After waiting for the movie for so long, it's finally out!!!!!

I can't wait to watch it!!!!! (^0^)/

I torrented it last night (haven't watched it yet) I went for a smaller file (fuck 4GB on mobile broadband) so hopefully it won't be without english subs like the Trigun movie file I torrented (How is it that the Japanese BD rip can be 1080p, have two audio streams and a subtitle track and come in at 1.24GB, but the 1080p English sub by Commie is over 8GB?).

After waiting for over a year + another week of bad & slow connection...

Seriously? I thought it kinda sucked. I was expecting something epic, but the story had me massively bored so I just skimmed through the 2nd half. The ending was a bit rage worthy at the same time too. It could just be that it's not my cup of tea but I was not happy after the long wait. I'm sure others might disagree though I guess.

At the very least, nice animation but I won't sit through it another time and watch it.

I like the battle scenes some and the new mobile suits (be them Gundam, Flag, etc).

I agree with you on some scenes though, such as the ending. Somehow I got disappointed at it. Damn.

Well, I still like Gundam 00 and it's worth the wait.

I've yet to watch it, where does it sit in the timeline of the two series?

The story is like 3 years after the 2nd season ended.

Also, it's like 2 hours or almost 2 hours.

The movie is exactly 2 hours. You better ready your snack when you watch it. It's no good having to pause midway to satisfy you stomach.
