I'm interested in finding out about Amagami. Usually I have no interest in show based on dating sims, but I do like the look of the art style.

Uh, I'd say read the manga instead. I dropped it after the first arc was over. Though I suppose it might go differently from person to person because you might like the other girls more than the first.

Yes, only the first arc (about 4 episodes) of Amagami worth watching, unless you can stomach different type of 'ecchi' level and love types.

I agree.Amagami is a shitty show. Even if you like the genre it'll be subpar at best

I've seen Katangatari and Kimi ni Todoke both anime. Both are good as according to their own way of storyline and stuffs. But i believe Kimi ni Todoke is much better than Katangatari. As storyline and stuffs shown in Todoke are always enjoyable to me.

I don't think it's correct to compare Katangatari with Kimi ni Todoke, since both are of different genre and storyline. If you're into Slice of life, lovey-dovey kind of story, of course you'll think Kimi ni todoke is better. Katangatari is more of a historical, samurai kind of story.

Nice. I can't say I have ever seen any of them.

While we're here can some people tell me what's so good at about

Code Geass- I never really watched it and the artwork isn't that appealing to me.

Star's Driver- Been meaning to watch at least one episode.

Star Driver looks gorgeous (ironically) but is unfortunately a bundle of clichés, I gave up on it pretty early so I have no idea what the story is really about (accessibility is another one of it's problems) but the show seems to be focused heavily on style (the bad guys wear silly outfits, the robot has a very renaissance feel to it, the main character has an impossible hair style, calls himself the galactic pretty boy and moves in ridiculous OOT ways).

The main points against it seem to be that it has no real plot or character development for a long time and that each episode seems to be just 20 minutes of talking and then suddenly out of nowhere 5 minutes of fighting.

Code geass, /a/ tends to slate it but I actually thought it was quite good. Lots of action, great (if outrageous) story development, lots of plot twists, clever tactics; just expect lots of DRAMA. Think of it as Deathnote crossed with Gundam.

Star Driver - Also quit seeing the anime on the first episode. But if you are into anime similar to 'Gravion Zwei' where the characters need to announce every special moves, skill and techniques, you should see this. Other than that, I find the graphic quite artistic.

    Code Geass - I think it's a good anti-hero anime.
