Working!! just jumped to the top of my favourite shows this season because of episode 9. Great mix of comedy and romance.

    -Dizzy-
Manga Genre Focus: Romance, Comedy, Slice-of-life. Primarily shounen, then seinen and shoujo.

^I agree. It was a great episode.
I can't wait to see how Inami will react to Takanashi when they start working together. Though I saw in the preview that Inami is planning on redirecting her "attacks" on the poor wall again. xD

Inami x Takanashi doesn't seem impossible anymore as Takanashi is now sympathizing with Inami and would be more willing in helping her with solving her guy problems. ^^

Definitely Working!!. Very well done, rather funny at times (and pretty frequently too) and with romance not being overloaded by cliches.

And yeah, deffinitely last episode was great. From other moments, i enjoy multiple attempts of Todoroki to talk to Satou about who he actually likes =p
Hehe, indeed. Although i expect a great number of misunderstandings as it all progresses to logical conclusion, in best traditions of KJ. Takanashi is a sharp guy, but he lacks experience in a field =p
Yeah and
when he took it back. She actually said that she actually did like him (But she still likes Kyouko best). I can't tell whether to laugh or pity the guy. Actually I just LOL'ed xD
True he was confused at the end too. ^^

Though I don't think anyone can top KJ when it comes to misunderstandings.

*scratches head* What's up with Angel Beats' ending? I was hoping for something that would (finally) tie up all the loose ends together and make sense of the whole plot, but instead I get a pastiche of supposedly-meaningful emotional scenes and a screwball relationship surprise out of nowhere. Weird. Really weird. Maybe the mysteries are cleared up in the other aspects of the Angel Beats multimedia project, but as a standalone series, the Angel Beats anime just doesn't live up to its potential for me. The plot was all over the place, and none of the attempts at deeper character development were adequately supported by the story (except Iwasawa's and Otonashi's).

Oh well, here's hoping Working!! would turn out to have a better ending.

Well, right now it does not seem like they will be able to finish the story in just one episode, unless they wish to leave both potential relationships just hanging in the air. I figure the plan is to let it all be resolved in next season, if that happens at all. As things are now super accelerated ending SR-style would not be right in any way.

P.S. Holy fuck Vinc, great sig!

Actually the original plan was for a 24 (or was it 26? can't remember) episodes but due to some management restraint. They cut the number episodes down. They hope that they can put more details in their upcoming projects (Angel beats Manga, etc.)

    EDIT:
Has anyone seen Arakawa's ending? It basically screams "2nd season" as they left everything in the air.

Though I can't really see how the story would continue without moving from a random-gag-anime to deep-psychological-character-backstory.

So, in the end, was it worth watching?

As for the second season issue, you were absolutely right: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news...ason-green-lit
