I just finished watching Bartender for the umpteenth time and I'm all out of Addicted to Curry mangas, so I'm looking for a good food/drink passion anime along the lines of these.
Any suggestions?

Not a single suggestion.
You need to wait a little until someone posts. the forum is not as active as it was 2 years ago.
and you're asking something very specific
the only thing that i can think of, which could be what you're looking for is Ristorante Paradiso from Spring:

I've not seen it yet but i still got it on my watch list somewhere, so you just have to check it out, to know more.
My new signature to celebrate my 1000th post!!! (My waifu Yuno)
Ristorante Paradiso doesn't really focus so much on the food/drink as it does the lives and relationships of the restaurant staff.
Hmm... I've heard good things about Cooking Master Boy, though I haven't watched it myself. Yakitate Japan is okay for the first few story arcs, but gets old after a while (no significant change or progression). Kitchen Princess is actually a manga, not an anime, but it could be worth checking out too.

Manga Genre Focus: Romance, Comedy, Slice-of-life. Primarily shounen, then seinen and shoujo.
Currently watching:
kami no shizuku aka god's drops aka drop of the gods aka les gouttes de dieu
http://www.mangafox.com/manga/kami_no_shizuku/
it's about wine
Oishimbo, which is both one of the longer-running mangas out there and a fairly successful anime. I don't think any of the latter has been subbed, though.
Today is always the most enjoyable day. Just ask Yotsuba.
Thanks for all the suggestions, I'll check them all out.
But yeah, to clarify I want something centering around the food, or in the case of characters, how the food effects them in certain ways.
Hey guys, these are great, I've been watching as much Yakitate!! Japan as I can.
Some more suggestions would be grouse.
Now if only Addicted to Curry would get adapted to an Anime, that'd be cash.
How about...
1) Antique
2) Yumeiro Patissiere
Both are about cakes and pastries.
