I don't know why I even downloaded this, but I found it quite entertaining - particularly because of the lesbian vibe between the main characters. The VA cast is also quite good.

I didn't realized there was a Saki thread till now.

As for the lesbian vibe... that might be pushing it, I just think that Saki and the Pink haired girl (forgot her name) are just really really close, to the point they don't mind physical intimacy... well they're girls so alot of things they do together would be considered normal lol... even sleeping together lol... almost sounds like I'm contradicting myself lol.

Man this show is awesome in a bad way.

the show should be renamed 'Nodoka' cos ;

a) saki is a manwoman and uninteresting. I mean come on,nodoka is in the show more than saki is.

b) noda mode - when nodoka gets a bee in her bonnet(i.s when saki wasn't trying to win or the female pro saying she isnt good enough to beat ame) she has an attitude adjustment and tries to give it the big one.Best thing about the show, from ojou to bitter bitch.

c) squahed penguins

d) she gagging for saki nahjong or not!

e) she's like a jc loli staff chaharcter, but with inflated jugs. Its like she exists to divert all the young otakus from the gary glitter/rob lowe route.

o-o I think I want to check this series out now.

^ The studio needs to wait until the manga goes far enough before they can make the second season.

I can't wait to see the other mahjong "monsters" especially Saki's sister.
