Could Sora/Rika be related to Simca/Ikki?

Okay get this, I was rather bored until this topic popped in my head. Has anyone ever thought that Simca WAS using Ikki the same way Sora used Rika? I mean take a look at the similarities (sp):

Sora:
1.Was watching Rika to see if she was the right one for his plan
2.Failed to mention that he was the leader of the strongest storm rider team around
3.Played with Rika's emotions
4.Overwhelmed Rika into joining Sleeping Forest by revealing he had been the leader all the while
5.May have actually liked Rika, but was obsessed with becoming the Sky King, so he just used her.
6.Made sure Rika never found out about his true agenda.
7.Smashed Rika

8. Ended up in a wheelchair

Simca:
1.Was searching for a guy who qualified for her "new wind king plan"
2.Kept quiet the fact that she was the current "figure-head" of Genesis, the current strongest storm rider team around
3.Teased/played with Ikki's emotions
4.Overwhelmed Ikki into becoming the leader of Genesis, by having the whole damn mega-storm show up @ his front door
5.WAS using Ikki in the past, but now it seems to be conflicting due to her recently developed feelings for him
6.Followed Sora's plan, but seems to have her own plans for Ikki.....though I think she does not intend to include Genesis in her plan
7.Wanted to tune his regalia, but we don't know if it was gonna be a trick or not
8.Obviously, due to a few flashbacks, it is proven that she was not always a mysterious sneaky- overly sexualized pervert woman
9.Ended up in a wheelchair
