^well it said nike just came back from the U.S. so i guesed he got it remade there. what i mean is that after kilik betrayed him did sora keep the wind regalia and the one kilik got was a fake. cus how does nike have one unless someone made a new one.

spitfire said that all of the regilias were spread all over the world thats probably how nike got his, and thats why those two store people got the winds and than they gave it to ikki

Kilik took Bagram from Sora after mauling him.He gave it to the Headmaster dude,who gave it to Ikki,who got it tuned by Kururu,who got it stolen and switched with a different set by Hako,who then tried to give that pair to Ikki,which was then stole by Nike along with Hako,who ended up giving it to Sora.
The Wind Regalia stayed in Japan.Kururu just supped it up.
