They havent updated in a while... Doesnt even have Kuu's 148 listed.
I would say that the quality of this chapter is definately superior to that of the previous three. While it's still not up to par with Kuu in terms of grammar or quality in general, this chapter doesn't leave you scratching your head every other page as you wonder what the hell they are trying to convey to you. Plus, they're using a much more suitable font now. :D
