Any aggressive skaters?
Hey new to this forum im half jap (so ye manga has been my life), n all cant post images so i stuck it in my sig instead...
sry aggressive skating is the usual term used for what they called "trick-skating" in Air Gear
anyway do any of you guys actually skate? i only just discovered this manga n i was so happy n its changed the way i skate now go super fast into grinds XP
n its so similar to my life, going into shops getting new wheels, seeing the hot roller shop assistant, crashing from huge heights, n fighting gangs i.e skateboarders haha
n im suprised how big the fanbase is even tho alot of u have even heard of it... lol n the "old" skate in the manga is the skate i use haha
bt ye do any u guys skate? or been inspired to start skating coz of it?
Why can't people read the rules? Its not even an obscure rule, hell the rule is in the thread title itself.
Maximum size of signatures. 650x200
I do but I can't rollerblade...yet
I use to skate all my life and tried to do tricks since my father worked at a skating rink for a while
actually air gear motivated me to go out and do it again ^_^ I might try to grind and do crazy stuff....but I am not going to be on most wacked out videos.
I picked up skating again this year... Ill be hitting the skateparks pretty soon, gotta learn to grind and shit.
BTW nice vid in your sig, too bad you're gonna get banned. =(
He still has 14 hours to change it.
Yeah but hes a newb with only one post and its a threadstart. Theres like a 90% chance he's not coming back. =\
mm... I have a pair of k2 fatty pros. Sadly I havent been putting them to good use and can't do a single trick yet. I might pick it up again one day.
uh? its smaller than 600x250 its only 200 in height lol haha n i probs wont post again anyway
k2s are ok, there super light thats what i like about them bt Razors are clearly the best :) (they were the ones featured in the manga as the previous skate b4 they went to AIR-TREK!!)
start skating while your young lol or u regret it so much fun :) the best way to learn to grind a handicap rail is taking small steps
n learning hard stuff on a smaller rail (u can build a practice rail with saw-horses n pressure pipe)
so wen you crash you dont get hurt n u dont lose your confidence. like i perfected top-acid-soul to royal to ao-soul to 270 royal :smt119 (sry for braggin haha)
on my little practice rail before i moved up onto the real thing.
bt ye real fun, thrill expecially big stair gaps feel so good while ur in the air.
Uhh... text is included in the "must be under 200 pixels in height" clause. But you don't care so I don't care. >_>
Well its odd how I measure it to be 283 pixels in height. But if you are not going to post again, I guess you wont mind if I ban you.
